"I have been involved in management and ownership in the restaurant industry for over 25 years. In that time I have worked with and hired tens of dozens of service companies and contractors. I have never been more completely satisfied with a service company than I am with Hancock Refrigeration. In the last year, I have placed four calls to your company, three of them after hours. In all three of the after hours emergency calls, you returned my call very promptly, talked through the problem over the phone, and then had a technician here in less than an hour. The fourth call turned out to be a warranty call for my ice machine that required taking the unit back to your shop. The work was completed and the unit replaced in two days. And most important to point out, your technicians have all been professional, polite and efficient in their work. In this day of declining service standards, mediocre quality and apathetic attitudes, it is refreshing to work with a professional organization like your that takes pride in delivering the highest quality, service and value.

"On my return from Daytona on a cold Monday, I found a Law office without heat. I was not alone as your company was spread thin with numerous calls. However, you somehow found time to stop by the office to check the furnace. Your conclusion was correct, namely that rather than having been filled to the brim, my fuel oil tank at the law office was partially filled and had run empty. Apparently this was attributable to the inexperience of the new driver for the oil company.
